6:00 PM – 11:30 PM MAIN EVENT Street Dance near Ashland County Courthouse. Bands include Acoustic Relapse (Bruce Nelson AHS ‘73, Jim Solberg AHS ‘73) from 6:00 to 7:45 and Whitecaps (Bob Jaskowiak AHS ‘78) from 8:00 to 9:45 along with DJ PJ Augustyn (AHS ‘81) from 10:00 to 11:30 (times are approximate). Bring your own lawn chair if needed as there will be no seating provided. 4:00 PM Ashland Rotary Encore Concert featuring the Chequamegon Bay Jazz Collective. Along with two local comedians! Free to public with food and
refreshments available. Memorial Park Bandshell.
Ashland/Bayfield County Tavern League and Ashland Ford will be sponsoring safe rides home Saturday night. Details will be posted at the street dance. REMINDER to use the existing Tavern League of Wisconsin SafeRides program any night by letting the bartender know you need a safe ride to your home or hotel. Ashland’s members include Boomers Tavern, Deep Water Grille, Harbor Bar, Mugs, Neighborly Bar, Office Bar, Oredock Saloon, Pagac’s Bar, Pizza Pub, Scott & Ar’s, Pine Creek Pit Stop, The Badger Den Sports Bar, The Bay City Cultural Center (Bohemian Hall) and The Safari.
